Refund & Return Policy

Omigenix LLC — Effective Date: March 16, 2026

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all orders placed through the Omigenix LLC platform (the “Platform”) by licensed healthcare providers. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Because all products available through the Platform are compounded pharmaceutical medications prepared by FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities, they are subject to strict regulatory and safety standards that limit our ability to accept returns. Please review the following policy carefully.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE COMPOUNDED PHARMACEUTICALS — ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS AN ELIGIBLE REFUND CONDITION APPLIES.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of compounded pharmaceutical products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed and fulfilled. This policy exists to ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and the integrity of the pharmaceutical supply chain.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds or order credits may be issued in the following limited circumstances:

  • The wrong product or dosage was shipped — verified against your original order;
  • The product arrived damaged, broken, or compromised in transit;
  • The product arrived in an unsatisfactory temperature or storage condition due to a shipping failure;
  • The order was not delivered and confirmed lost by the carrier;
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a platform or payment processing error.

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for review.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

The following situations are not eligible for a refund or return:

  • Change of mind after order placement;
  • Patient cancellation or no-show;
  • Ordering the incorrect product or quantity — please review your order carefully before submitting;
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with;
  • Delays in shipping caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control;
  • Products ordered in excess of clinical need;
  • Expiration of product due to storage or usage issues on the provider's end.

4. How to Submit a Refund Request

To submit a refund request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@synagenix.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and practice name;
  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label (required for damaged or incorrect shipment claims).

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been transmitted to the fulfillment facility for processing. Once an order has been submitted and routed to the fulfillment partner, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact info@synagenix.com immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation will be possible.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage providers to contact us directly at info@synagenix.com before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks for fulfilled orders may result in immediate suspension of your platform account and may be subject to dispute. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly and fairly.

7. Fulfillment Partner Responsibility

Product quality, potency, sterility, and packaging are the sole responsibility of the FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility that compounded and fulfilled the order. Omigenix LLC acts as an administrative services platform and assumes no liability for product defects or quality issues. In cases involving product quality concerns, Omigenix will facilitate communication with the fulfillment partner on your behalf.
